Are your rugby shoulder pads IRB approved?

They sure are!  The IRB is now called World Rugby, it is the international governing organization.  Each AttackHER has a certified tag stitched into the neck seam confirming your garment is IRB/World Rugby approved.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Non-custom items: If you have purchased an item that is not custom made then, yes you can return or exchange your purchase if it has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Once the item is returned, payment will be returned or the new item sent at customers cost. Custom items: If you have ordered a “custom product” that we designed especially for you then, no you are not able to return or exchange it.

How long will it take to receive my order after payment is complete?

It can take 5-7 business days to complete your order. Our rugby shoulder pads are handmade in the APTOELLA Design House in Victoria BC. Shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days (within Canada). If you wish to purchase express shipping please email us at info@aptoella.com before or after purchase. If you place a team order, you will receive an invoice informing you of the approximate completion and shipping date. Do I have to pay through PayPal?

Not at all. If you would prefer, you can pay through email transfer to info@aptoella.com. You can also contact us with your credit card information or you can send a cheque by mail to: APTOELLA / RUGBY APPAREL 2560 Orchard Ave. Victoria BC V8S 3B1 Please note that your order will not be processed until payment is complete.

Can I cancel my order after submitting it?

If you have had second thoughts about your online order, it is possible to cancel within the first hour after your transaction has been submitted. Please call us at 250.661.0974 if you placed the order outside of office hours, kindly leave a detailed message and your transaction will be cancelled.

Who do you ship through?

We ship through the Canadian Postal Service because they allow shipping to PO Boxes. Otherwise, we use FedEx for express shipping.

Can I track my purchase?

You bet! We will send you an email with the package’s tracking number within 24 hours from the time that we ship your package.

If I want to return an item do I have to pay to ship it back to you?

Yes, the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping.

If I want to exchange something are you going to charge me shipping?

You will have to cover the shipping to return the item to us and the shipping of the new item. If you need your shipment in a hurry, you have the option of paying a little extra to make that happen. You have the opportunity to select your shipping preference at time of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We offer a flat rate of $25 CND* to: Australia Austria Bahamas Bermuda Brazil Denmark Finland France Germany Greece Hong Kong Ireland Italy Japan Kazakhstan Mexico Netherlands New Zealand Norway Philippines Portugal Samoa Spain Sweden Switzerland Taiwan United Arab Emirates United Kingdom We are excited to offer an international flat rate shipping fee of $25 on orders shipped to the countries listed in the chart above. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed through aptoella.com and then refused, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We’ve made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

If your order is placed Monday through Thursday and before 3 pm PDT on Friday the order will be shipped that same day. If your order was placed on Friday after 3:00pm PST, the order will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.

Why aren’t your sizes in the usual small, med and large categories?

We know that the rugby players of the world do not fit into 3 categories. Therefore we have made our product ranging in sizes 0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 in the shorts and 0 – 22 in jerseys.

What if your sizing chart doesn’t fit my measurements?

Do you have a store I can visit or are your products available in other stores?

We currently only have an online store, however you can come visit us at the APTOELLA Design House in Victoria BC and try products on. To make an appointment please email us at info@aptoella.com.

What if I don’t play rugby, can I still wear your products?

Absolutely!  We have created custom products for people of all interests all around the world.  We have made products for women that have suffered with breast issues and surgeries.  Many of who do not play a contact sport, but feel more confident playing their sport or participating in their activity with a protective under garment.  We have made products for elite athletes with extreme detailed requests to products for women that want a top they can wear while doing yard work with a backpack on.
